This appliance supports:

✅ System supports higher camera counts at lower resolutions — recording is always motion-based, managed by the appliance (not the cameras)
Recommended Camera Settings:
Codec: H.264 or H.265 (HEVC)
Resolution: Up to 4K (H.265 recommended)
Bitrate: 2–4 Mbps per stream (higher for 4K)
Frame rate: 15–25 fps
Note: 4K streams are supported when using H.265 and stream copy mode. For best performance, limit to 1–3 cameras at 4K depending on hardware and storage speed (USB 3.0 or better).
