Full-time | £27,000 + Bonus | OTE £30,000

About the Role As Store Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the store — inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service and drive sales performance. You'll combine your love for on-trend jewellery and accessories with strong leadership and commercial know-how to ensure the store shines both visually and financially.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire your team to consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs
Create a memorable in-store experience that reflects the brand’s premium positioning
Stay ahead of style trends to guide product presentation and customer styling
Oversee high-impact visual merchandising and store layout execution
Manage stock levels efficiently and drive operational excellence
Recruit, train, and develop a talented team with a passion for fashion and service What You’ll Bring
Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in fashion, jewellery, or accessories retail
A keen eye for style and product trends within fast-moving retail
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse figures and take action
