Description
Large Rumtopf preserving jar, glazed inside and out complete with lid. Traditionally used in Germany & Denmark to preserve soft fruits in rum over the season to produce a lovely boozy preserved fruits which can be enjoyed over the winter. Makes a great Christmas dessert with ice-cream! The jar stands 36cm tall (inc lid) and is 68.5cm around its widest part. Overall in good used vintage usable condition with no chips or cracks but some crazing.
