Excellent condition Twist & Shape total body exercise machine. Comes with exercise sheets to do the workouts and show you all the different ways to use it. As you can see Argos still sell it at £180. Check out the good reviews on their page.
Selling it for a bargain price of £40 as money is going to charity.
