Private Boxing & Fitness Training – Personalised 1-to-1 Sessions

I’m a part-time Personal Trainer offering private boxing and fitness sessions in local parks or in the comfort of your own home.

I bring all the equipment you’ll need, including boxing gloves, pads, and strength training tools, so you can focus on getting the most out of each session.

These sessions are ideal for anyone who wants to:

✅ Learn practical self-defence
✅ Work towards their dream body

My training is intense, motivating, and tailored to your fitness level, whether you’re a complete beginner or more experienced. Sessions are suitable for men, women, and kids of all ages and abilities.

As a former middleweight amateur boxing champion, I bring real experience from the ring to help you train with purpose and proper technique.

Outside of training, I work full-time as an SIA-licensed door supervisor, with over 16 years of experience. I’m also DBS checked. Years of dealing with people in high-pressure situations has made me adaptable, calm, and focused, all qualities I bring into my coaching.
