Description
Richmond (TW10) – Start between Sept 15 and Oct 1
We are looking for a live-in housekeeper for a family that spends only about 30% of the month in their Richmond home. When the family is in residence – roughly 10 consecutive days per month – we need help with household duties.
In return, you’ll have full-time use of a private, self-contained studio flat in our home in Richmond (TW10). This is a rent-free arrangement – no additional salary, but there will be opportunities for other duties against cash payments.
A similar flat in this area would typically rent for around £1,500 per month.
The flat is fully furnished and entirely for your own use – includes two rooms, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom. Occasionally, in rare cases, we may ask to use one room for a guest.
What you’ll receive:
Full-time use of a private, fully furnished studio flat
(Estimated rental value: £1,500/month)
Peaceful location in a beautiful area of Richmond
What we ask in return:
Around 10 consecutive days per month of help – when the family is in residence (roughly 30% of the month)
Tasks include:
General cleaning and housekeeping
Preparing breakfast and dinner
Laundry
Grocery shopping or light errands
School pick ups
Work is mainly required in the mornings and afternoons, leaving the middle of the day free. Weekends may be included.
During the rest of the month – when the family is away – you have time off.
There may also be occasional opportunities to travel with the family during school holidays.
We are looking for someone independent, organised, and serious about a long-term arrangement. Details will be discussed during an interview.
Only genuine applicants, please.
