Hello, thanks for having a look. I am looking to rent a furnished flat ot large studio for 12 months, as I am now committed to working in London for the next year. Although I am English, my home is now in Bulgaria, where I own my own properties.
I work in the media industry and have several projects commencing at the end of the month, so ideally would like to move into somewhere about this time.
Obviosly viewing is difficult, but would be more than happy to make a decision based on photographs and honesty.
I will not be in the appartment that much as work keeps me busy, so looking to pay no more than £700 a month.
I would also consider a shorter let if you are away travelling and need a house sitter.
I am a responsible home-owner and would look after any place as if it was my own.
I need to be in greater London, with good links to Central London
I drive and would appreciate a parking space with or near to the property, but it's not essential.
