Contract Administrator
As a member of the onsite Recruitment team, your role will involve managing the production of the companys large volume of new hire contracts. You will support the company and the team by ensuring contracts are produced in an accurate and timely manner (working to a 48-hour Service Level Agreement) and by dealing with ad hoc queries on contract status. In addition, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the team.
Your role will require a high degree of self-sufficiency, excellent organisational skills, pro-activity and an ability to enjoy a fast-paced and busy environment. You will operate as part of a supportive, fun, friendly and outgoing team of in house recruiters.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Contract Production
Checking contracts before issuing
Answering queries on status
Maintaining tracker of contracts and signature status
Sending reminders on unsigned contracts
Filing and uploading signed agreements
General administrative support to recruitment team
What we are looking for:
Experience in an HR administrator or legal role. Previous experience of drawing-up contracts would be advantageous
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task and keep everything running smoothly
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently, pro-actively and take ownership of core responsibilities
