We are 3 x mid-twenties (2 girls, 1 guy) soon to become 4 by Christmas (2 singles, 1 couple). We are clean, tidy, responsible, considerate and house-proud tenants who are looking for our new home.

We are happy to be flexible for the right place, but here's our wishlist...

* 3+ double bedrooms, each with a double+ size bed
* Furnished (with a bit of breathing room)
* Either side of the river, though ideally fairly central
* Good transport links, both tube and bus (buses to Islington area would be brilliant!)
* Local lifestyle and convenience (food, bars, supermarket etc)
* Up to about £350, though again, we will be flexible
* Any extras would be a bonus (outside area, wi-fi set up, inclusive bills, storage, heating, etc)

We can provide references and are ready to move in as soon as we find what we're looking for.
