Eddie Catz, the established indoor playcentre for children on Putney High St, seeks full time Receptionist.

Main Responsibilities:
Manning Reception and receiving customers
Answering telephones swiftly and professionally
Providing accurate information to customers
Assisting customers with buggies
Operating till
Taking bookings
Administrating the customer database
Ensuring that Reception area is tidy

Skills/experience/attitude required:
Happy, bubbly, well presented
Happy to work in a busy environment
Perfect English (preferably mother tongue)
Patient with children and parents
Good customer service experience
Experience within a similar role or environment (desirable)

Hours:
Strictly a Full time position - Mon to Fri - full days
NO PART TIME POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE.
