An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Door to Door Manager working for Greenpeace.

Greenpeace has sucessfully run their own street fundraising campaign for the last five years and is now looking to take their door to door campaign in house.

They are looking for an experienced Door to Door fundraising Manager that can set up this exciting new programme from start and make the campaign a success. This position would ideally suit an experienced door to door Team Leader that is looking for progression

The Field Managers role is to maintain and lead a well-trained and motivated team of door-to-door Fundraisers. As a manager you will be directly responsible for hitting targets, interviewing and, scouting new areas to work. Some office based administration duties including mapping and booking sites. The field manager is expected to devote as much time as necessary to managing and training the team. The manager will assist Greenpeace fundraising coach and operations manager in establishing and training new team members, and is responsible for conducting ongoing training and support for all team members. Part of the position holder's responsibility will be to set an example by fundraising when above duties are complete and hitting personal as well as team targets.

Mon - Friday 1:30 - 8:30pm
Excellent pay, bonus and most of all working and being managed by Greenpeace

Applicants MUST have door to door Fundraising experience.

Salary £26k plus bonus
