We are currently looking for new crew members for the London area!

You’ll work in a variety of locations, on different kinds of events, with the chance to meet and work with people within different areas of the events industry.

You’ll be loading and moving heavy cases, cabling and setting up stages, sound, light and video equipment.

Previous experience as a technician or crewing for events, concerts and film is an asset but we are prepared to train the right candidate.

Skills required:
- Fit/Strong - there is a lot of heavy lifting and moving
- Friendly, positive attitude and a desire to do the job right.
- Good common sense and safety awareness
- On time – punctuality is vital!
- Well presented – clean, neat and tidy
- Flexible hours – this is not a ‘9 to 5’ job so there will be early starts, evenings and weekend work
- Good speaking English
- Eligible to work in the UK – original passports and visas need to be provided

Additional useful skills include: van drivers, 7.5 ton truck drivers, chippies, cherry pickers and forklift operators.

You will be hired on a contract basis and can expect between 30 to 50 hours per week.
Pay starts from £8ph but moves very quickly up to £9ph and £10ph for the right attitude and effort.

We don’t mind if you are on a working holiday visa. The contract is for a full time worker though candidates looking for a more casual arrangement for evenings and weekends are welcome to apply. We would ask that you view this job beyond holidays or the short-term (i.e. ‘do it until I find another job’). Most of our existing crew have been working with us for around 2 years or more.

You must have Steel Cap Boots and gloves. Basic uniform and safety clothing is provided at a cost of £15 to be paid up front prior to starting your first job. This includes industry standard top, trousers and safety vest.
